The Indian film industry has reacted swiftly to recent events in Pahalgam, with several filmmakers rushing to register the title Operation Sindoor following the Indian Armed Forces’ retaliatory action.

According to industry sources, several production houses acted promptly, dispatching representatives to official film bodies to secure the rights to the title. Trade insiders reveal that Mahaveer Jain’s production company led the charge, becoming the first to register Operation Sindoor. Zee Studios and T-Series reportedly followed, ranking third and fourth in the sequence of registrations. The source also noted that acclaimed director Madhur Bhandarkar has since registered the title for a potential project.
