Guneet Monga’s ‘Anuja’ has earned a nomination in the Best Short Film (Live Action) category at the 97th Academy Awards.
The production team behind ‘Anuja’ includes Mindy Kaling (‘Never Have I Ever’), Guneet Monga Kapoor (‘The Elephant Whisperers’), and executive producer Priyanka Chopra.
The film tells the compelling story of nine-year-old Anuja, portrayed by Sajda Pathan, who works in a garment factory in Delhi alongside her sister Palak, played by Ananya Shanbhag.
