Paresh Rawal slapped with legal notice after walking out of ‘Hera Pheri 3’

Veteran actor Paresh Rawal has been issued a legal notice following his abrupt exit from ‘Hera Pheri 3’.

Reports indicate that he has been served with a notice demanding Rs. 25 crore in damages. Sources reveal that the legal action, initiated by Cape of Good Films, stems from what the producers have described as “unprofessional behaviour,” which they claim has jeopardised the film’s prospects and caused significant financial losses for the production company.

A source close to the matter stated, “Cape of Good Films had acquired the rights to ‘Hera Pheri 3’ from all stakeholders, settled outstanding legacy debts on the project, and invested substantial sums in pre-production and actor contracts.”

The source further remarked, “Paresh Rawal’s last-minute withdrawal has led to considerable losses. Contracts exist for a reason—the industry has evolved, and late-stage withdrawals will no longer be tolerated.”
