Box Office: ‘Pushpa 2’ makes historical start in india

Allu Arjun’s highly anticipated release, ‘Pushpa 2’, has made a historic debut at the Indian box office.

Early reports indicate that the film has outperformed other 2024 releases, including the blockbuster ‘Stree 2’. With record-breaking advance bookings, ‘Pushpa 2’ was expected to open strong, and the audience response has exceeded expectations.

Remarkably, even afternoon shows in single-screen theaters across the Hindi belt have witnessed house-full signs, a rare feat. This makes Pushpa 2 the third film to achieve such a response in the post-pandemic era, following ‘KGF 2’ and ‘Gadar 2’.

The film’s phenomenal start cements its place as a major cinematic event of the year.
